Frequently asked questions
How do I get an account?
Kith accounts are created by invitation. Your property manager or building administrator sends an invitation to your email address. Open the invitation link and set your password to activate your account. There is no fee to create or use your account.
I did not receive my invitation
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact your building administrator or email support@kith-app.com and we will help you get set up.
I forgot my password
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password" and follow the instructions sent to your email.
What is the Kith Wallet?
The Kith Wallet holds your monthly Kith allowance: a credit balance that your community provides. You can use Kith credits toward eligible bookings and services in the app. Your balance and recent activity are shown on the Wallet screen.
How do payments work?
Purchases of products, real-world services, amenity bookings, and condominium charges are processed securely through our payment provider. You can pay by card, and some items can be paid with your Kith Wallet balance where available.
How do I book an amenity or a service?
Open the Marketplace, choose the amenity or service, select an available time slot, and confirm. Your upcoming bookings appear in the app.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete account", or email us at support@kith-app.com. We process deletion requests in line with our Privacy Policy.
